Training: Business Plan Creation

Within the Best IT Business Idea Competition, on 18 April at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering  in Banjaluka there was held a first training for five winners teams with the topic ”Business Plans Creation”. Lectures were held by consultants from well-known T&MC group. The training was attended by 22 participants (team members) and by the representatives of the City Development Agency of Banjaluka.

Topics discussed were:

  • Strategy- speaker Dunja Đurica, T&MC group, Zagreb
  • Marketing - speaker Marina Klapač, T&MC group, Zagreb 
  • Human resources - speaker Ružica Sarušić, T&MC group, Zagreb
  • Finance - speaker Boris Sruk, T&MC group, Zagreb                            

Competition participants entered the process of business plan creation that lasts from 18 April till 3 May when the second round of evaluation starts.

Ceremony announcement of three winners teams will happen on 10 May 2006.
